ILLUSTRATIVE INFORMATION JOURNEY

How website content helps people understand your business.

START WITH YOUR CUSTOMER’S QUESTION

“Who can help me
with this?”

People looking for your services need to understand what you do and whether you can help. We improve the content and website issues that make that harder.

01 / SEO · AEO · GEO

Help customers
find your business.

We look at how your site works, what your pages say and whether customers can find answers to their questions.

Fix technical search issues.

Check whether search engines can reach, read and index your pages. Use Google Search Console alongside checks of the site structure, internal links and page performance, then resolve the issues we agree to address.

TECHNICAL SEO · SITE ARCHITECTURE

Answer your customers’ questions.

We help explain your expertise through service pages, comparisons and answers to customer questions. The content should support its claims and help readers make a decision.

CONTENT · SEARCH INTENT · AEO

Keep your business information consistent.

We check your business name, services and relevant profiles, and use structured data that describes them accurately. We also review how your business appears in selected AI answers.

02 / YOUR STARTING POINT

Find out what needs
attention first.

We review your website, the topics that matter to your customers and the search data available. Then we recommend what to work on first.

YOUR VISIBILITY PLAN
  1. Access & structure.

Can search engines access your main pages, and can visitors find their way between them?

  2. Content & credibility.

Do the pages answer real questions and support what they say?

  3. Priorities & measurement.

Which changes matter most, who will make them and how will we check progress?

Review scope and fee agreed first. Implementation and ongoing work are scoped separately.

03 / THE IMPLEMENTATION CAPABILITY

See our website
and content work.

These projects show our work on website structure and content. They don’t claim measured improvements in rankings or AI citations.

FEATURED / SECURITIES & TRADING TECHNOLOGY

Continuing the website partnership with SEO.

We built STT’s original website and later rebuilt it in Webflow, organising its financial-market software into solution areas and product pages for specialist buyers. Ongoing SEO extends that relationship beyond the website launch.

04 / A CLEAR WAY FORWARD

How we review
and improve visibility.

We agree what to work on, make the changes and review the available data to decide what needs attention next.

  1. Review your site and agree priorities.

Agree the audience, markets and important customer questions. Review access, content and available search data so we know what to change and what to measure.

A record of the starting position and priorities
  2. Make the agreed changes.

We update the agreed pages and fix the website issues identified in the review. Where needed, that can include changes to page templates, navigation or how the site loads.

The agreed changes and a record of what was updated
  3. Review progress and decide what comes next.

We review search data, relevant referrals and enquiries where tracking is available. We can also repeat selected searches in AI tools to see how the answers change. Those findings help decide what to work on next.

PLANNING THE WORK AND COST

Start with the priorities.

The cost depends on the size and condition of your site, the content it needs and the markets you want to reach.

An initial review, implementation and ongoing work are agreed separately. For continuing work, the enquiry asks for a monthly budget; advertising spend is separate.

Talk through your visibility
BEFORE WE START

Know what’s included.

These are the practical details we agree for this work, before you go ahead.

Review and implementation

We agree the review, recommendations and implementation work included, together with the reports and handover materials you receive. Ownership and third-party terms follow your agreement.

Accounts and access

We confirm who manages the website, search and reporting accounts and the permissions needed. Work within existing platforms depends on the access available.

Ongoing work and spend

An initial review, implementation and continuing work are priced separately. Hosting, tools, subscriptions and advertising spend are identified separately where they apply.

Reporting and next steps

We agree responsibilities, the review period and any continuing support. Reports explain the work and available evidence; rankings and AI citations remain outside our control.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

Questions about
search and AI visibility.

What is the difference between SEO, AEO and GEO?

SEO means search engine optimisation: helping people find useful pages through search engines. AEO, or answer engine optimisation, and GEO, or generative engine optimisation, describe work to make information useful in AI-generated answers. Much of the work overlaps: accessible pages, accurate business information, helpful content and evidence for your claims.

Can you guarantee rankings or AI citations?

No. Search engines and AI tools choose which pages and sources to show, and their results change. We agree the work, record the changes and review the available data. Where tracking allows, that includes enquiries from potential customers.

Does my site need special AI markup?

Google’s guidance says its AI search features do not require special AI markup or a new machine-readable file. We focus on sound technical SEO, helpful visible content and structured data that accurately describes the page.

Can you implement the recommendations?

Yes, once we’ve agreed the work and have the access needed. We can update content, page templates, internal links and how pages load. We identify anything that depends on another provider or falls outside the platform’s capabilities during the review.

How long before we see a change?

We can schedule the work once we’ve agreed the scope. Search engines then need time to revisit and index changed pages, and any effect on visibility varies. We compare progress over an agreed period. We can’t promise a date for a particular ranking.

Is this a one-off review or ongoing work?

We can help with either. An initial review identifies what to work on first. We agree the cost of making those changes and any ongoing content or measurement work separately. For ongoing work, the enquiry form asks for a monthly budget. Advertising spend is separate.

How will we know whether the work is helping the business?

We record a starting point and review the service pages, searches and enquiries that matter to you. Google Search Console shows search visibility and the available AI-search data; Google Analytics can help explain visits and actions where tracking is enabled. We include older URLs when a site has moved, so a new address does not hide the earlier history. An impression or AI mention is useful context, but it is not the same as a qualified enquiry.

Can you improve search visibility without rebuilding our website?

Often, yes. Content, titles, internal links, redirects and crawl settings can be improved on an existing WordPress, Webflow or other supported site. We review the platform and access first. If a limitation prevents an important change, we explain it and compare the options. A new website is recommended only when it solves a problem that focused improvements cannot reasonably address.
